Our Kashmiri Gardens

Our family-tended gardens are located in the heart of Kashmir Valley, blessed with rich alluvial soil and crisp Himalayan mountain breeze.

We practice traditional companion planting, organic mulching, and natural composting to nurture authentic Kashmiri varieties including Knol Khol (Haakh), Kashmiri turnip (Gogji), heirloom pumpkins, sweet mountain carrots, and wild Kashmiri mint.
